Squirrel Hill Rentals was founded with a simple belief: renters deserve better. Too many landlords acquire properties and rent them as-is — outdated plumbing, aging wiring, drafty windows, and appliances past their prime.

We took a different approach. Every property we acquire undergoes a complete renovation — from the foundation to the roof. We replace plumbing and electrical systems, install energy-efficient windows and insulation, and fit each unit with modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, and climate control systems. The result is a home that honors Squirrel Hill’s iconic architectural character while delivering the comfort and quality that today’s residents expect.
