For current residents, nothing about your lease, payments, or communication has changed.

www.marvistarentals.com to access your portal, you can still do so.
You can also now access your resident portal directly from our new website by clicking the “Resident Login” link in the header.
Why the Change?
As we’ve grown and focused more on serving the Squirrel Hill neighborhood, we wanted our brand to better reflect the community we’re part of.
Our new website also makes it easier for prospective renters to browse available units, which helps us continue to attract great neighbors to our properties.
No Action Needed
There’s nothing you need to do as a current tenant. Everything will continue to work the same way it always has.
