Our application process includes a completed rental application, credit and background check, proof of income (typically 2.5x monthly rent), and references. We aim to process applications within 2-3 business days.
Pet policies vary by property. Many of our units are pet-friendly with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Contact us for specific pet policies at the property you’re interested in.
Utility inclusions vary by property. Some units include water and sewage, while others may include all utilities. Check the listing details or contact us for specifics on the unit you’re interested in.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests by calling our office at (412) 918-1638 during business hours. For emergencies outside business hours, our 24/7 emergency maintenance line is available to handle urgent issues.
We typically offer 12-month lease terms. In some cases, shorter or longer lease terms may be available. Contact our leasing office for flexible lease options at specific properties.
